Abstract
This issue of the Law and Criminology Journal brings together seven contributions, each of which explores a different aspect of the operation or enforcement of judicial decisions. The first three contributions are more strongly oriented towards EU civil procedure. The remaining four focus primarily on the law of one or more specific legal systems, though they frequently adopt a broader perspective by also engaging with supranational law, whether under the influence of the ECHR or EU law.
